Description: Two pretty American girls are on a road trip through Europe. In Germany they end up alone at night with a broken car in the woods. They search for help and find an isolated villa. The next day they awake to find themselves trapped in his terrifying makeshift basement hospital along with a Japanese man. An older German man identifies himself as a retired surgeon specialized in separating Siamese twins. However his three "patients" are not about to be separated, but joined together in a horrific operation. He plans to be the first person to connect people via their gastric system, in doing so bringing to life his sick lifetime fantasy "the human centipede".

One sick movie!!!! The writer has a twisted mind! If you wondering about watching it or not, DON'T WATCH!! Bad acting and very SICK!!

it was every bit what I thought it would be. very disturbing, sick plot.

but makes you irritated how stupid some parts of it are. like why would they not try to separate themselves... they were there yelling for help when medical tools were laying everywhere!!and that girl in the beginning almost escaped but decided not to run and instead drag her unconscious friend out the window making all kinds of noises - how far did she think she was gonna get? oh and my favorite was the Japanese suicide!!! classic;)) overall worth watching because it's gross but not a great movie.Posted by dadidaduda about 9 Months Ago | 0 Replies | Quick Reply | Mark As Spam | | | +1

oh well okay, to continue. the ending was weird.
like, the first one [spoiler]

did suicide,
while the third one died because her wounds were not healing well.
very disturbing to see the middle person being left the only one alive.
and she can't do anything since she's stuck between two dead bodies.

That only leaves nudity and shock value as its potential redeeming qualities, this movie failed at both so bad. When you've seen all the Caligulas, Salos, Cannibal Holocausts, Faces of Death, Serbian films, and Men Behind The sun movies...this movie's a snoozefest.

I agree with both previous comments - the acting was bad and it is totally sick!

I did watch it all because i was just mesmorised by the whole thing - the writer/director is one sick puppy!!!!

I dont quite know how to score it because i have never see anything like this before in my life!
