Description: A teenager sets out to uncover the identity of a murderer and win $20 million in this family film. After moving to the city with her folks, 13-year old Turtle (Ashley Peldon) discovers that her new neighbors are truly weird. But Turtle is soon swept up in an exciting adventure after a wealthy neighbor is murdered and he wills his millions to the person who uncovers his killer's identity.
