Demons is still insanely easy to pick fault with and become irritated by, but "Suckers" was a modest improvement over the previous three episodes. A lot of this was down to one simple fact: Zoe Tapper's performance and character is a cut-above everyone else's, and this episode focused on her to a beneficial degree. This series is a welcome surprise to bulk of standard series that is on the TV nowadays. OK the new Knight Rider is well made, there is Painkiller Jane etc. and yes most TV series are the same old stuff in a new skin, and it's done 100's of times. A series like Demons, well of course there are other demon series, like Buffy the vampire slayer and Angel and in a way it has things in common with those shows.
