Down and out rock star Dewey Finn (Black) gets fired from his band, and he faces a mountain of debts and depression. He takes a job as a 4th grade substitute teacher at an uptight private school where his attitude and hijinx have a powerful effect on his students. He also meets Zack, a 10-year-old guitar prodigy, who could help Dewey win a "battle of the bands" competition, which would solve his financial problems and put him back in the spotlight. Live At Donington is the DVD recording of the AC/DC show at Donington Park on 17 August 1991, and it was the band's third "Monsters Of Rock" festival. The 2 hour show was performed before 72,500[1] spectators and included real cannons, the Hells Bell, an inflatable Rosie and an inflatable Angus.[2] It was filmed in 35 mm Panavision and had 26 cameras that included one situated inside a helicopter. The DVD includes special features such as stereo and 5.1 surround sound, Iso-cam versions of certain songs for different band members, and audio commentary from Angus and Malcolm Young.[2] Bonus features include audio commentary by band members Angus Young (lead guitar) and Malcolm Young (rhythm guitar). Another option allows the viewer to focus on just one member for the length of a song. This option is available for Angus on "Thunderstruck," "Back In Black," and "Highway To Hell". The option is offered for Malcolm on "T.N.T.," Brian on "Whole Lotta Rosie" and Cliff on "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap." One other feature is a full catalogue discography with audio interview of all international albums. Despite the commercial success of the DVD, many hardcore fans were disappointed that the audio was fixed, with many differences than the original video, though the DVD officially released in Brazil still has original audio. The movie features AC/DC live at the Pavillion De Paris on December 9, 1979, during the tour that would be singer Bon Scott's last. After almost ten minutes of glimpses at the backstage life, the real movie starts as the band is introduced playing live on stage. Although the band is still in their '70s minimalist era with few stage effects and pyrotechnics, the live performance is considered one of the best and most energetic of their career.
