In this live action prequel to the 1994 comedy hit,The story begins before Fred and Wilma ever met,back when Wilma was an unhappy rich girl seeking happiness in a less snobby environment. Running away from her smothering mother and an oily suitor Chip Rockefeller, she winds up at a drive-in restaurant where she meets Betty a waitress who thinks Wilma is actually homeless and invites the runaway to live with her. Our blue-collar heroes, Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble ask the girls out on a double date, and before long Fred and Wilma bond over bowling. But it turns out that Chip is in debt to a ruthless loan shark and needs Wilma's money, so he invites the couples to his new casino in Rock Vegas, where he plots nefariously to ruin their blossoming love. Will Fred win Wilma's love? Adults will most enjoy the sly performance of Alan Cumming as the Great Gazoo, an alien sent to Earth to observe human mating behavior. Man on the Moon is a biographical movie on the late comedian Andy Kaufman. Kaufman, along with his role on "Taxi," was famous for being the self-declared Intergender Wrestling Champion of the world. After beating women time and time again, Jerry Lawler (who plays himself in the movie), a professional wrestler, got tired of seeing all of this and decided to challenge Kaufman to a match. In most of the matches the two had, Lawler prevailed with the piledriver, which is a move by spiking a guy head-first into the mat. In one of the most famous moments in this feud was in the early 80s when Kaufman threw coffee on Lawler on "The Late Show with David Letterman," got into fisticuffs with Lawler, and proceeded to sue NBC.
