The outlaw El Tigre and his gang have been repeatedly crossing the border into Texas, robbing and killing. In Border City, a ranger is asked to break up the gang, and he heads to Mexico. On the way, he meets up with a young man from New York, who is on his way to San Clemente in search of his brother, and the two travel into town together.
