Manny the woolly mammoth, Sid the sloth, Diego the saber-toothed tiger, and the hapless prehistoric squirrel/rat known as Scrat are still together and enjoying the perks of their now melting world. Manny may be ready to start a family, but nobody has seen another mammoth for a long time; Manny thinks he may be the last one. That is, until he miraculously finds Ellie, the only female mammoth left in the world. Their only problems: They can't stand each other--and Ellie somehow thinks she's a possum! Ellie comes with some excess baggage in the form of her two possum "brothers"-- Crash and Eddie, a couple of daredevil pranksters and cocky, loud-mouthed troublemakers. Manny, Sid and Diego quickly learn that the warming climate has one major drawback: A huge glacial dam holding off oceans of water is about to break, threatening the entire valley. The only chance of survival lies at the other end of the valley. So our three heroes, along with Ellie, Crash and Eddie, form the most unlikely family--in any "Age"-- as they embark on a mission across an ever-changing, increasingly dangerous landscape towards their salvation. This film plunges you into a world where quantum uncertainty is demonstrated - where neurological processes, and perceptual shifts are engaged and lived by its protagonist - where everything is alive, and reality is changed by every thought. Fine for the smallest of children, presumably the intended audience. Older children and adults will find it too childish, too long, and not nearly as well executed as, say, THE FOX AND THE HOUND or FINDING NEMO with which it bears some similarities plot-wise. Interesting mix, near the end, of CGI with traditional 2-D animation, particularly in a sequence involving a marine life-devouring submarine, but not enough to sustain one's full interest. It doesn't help that it is a foreign cartoon, either. The English script requires the voice actors to occasionally cram an awful lot of words into a single sentence, much like a Japanese cartoon. Also, as is often the case with foreign cartoons redubbed in English, some of the dialogue is trite, poorly translated or just plain lame. High points: a truly beautiful execution of Arctic ocean waters and some very funny supporting characters in the form of four bumbling lemmings who cannot seem to ever get where theyre going. A prat-falling penguin, which I thought might be this cartoon's answer to the shaky seagull in THE RESCUERS or Dom DeLuise's buffoon-ish cat in A MOUSE TALE or even Robin Williams' hysterically goofy bird in ONCE UPON A RAINFOREST (title?), was simply dreadful and unfunny in his antics. He makes things worse by performing not one but two very bad musical numbers. A subplot, involving the titular hero's inadvertent transportation to a tropical island, completely throws off the movie's momentum, and was absolutely unnecessary even if this subplot came from the book upon which the film is based. Steer clear of this one unless you have a 4-year-old starving for something new to watch. It is, unfortunately, nearly 90 minutes in length, to boot. Watch Movies Online for Free on 10StarMovies.

It's been three months since MaloMyotismon was destroyed. It was discovered by Izzy that Diaboromon wasn't destroyed and is sending many Kuramon into the Real World. As Omnimon fights Diaboromon, the others gather the Kuramon. When Diaboromon is destroyed again, he escapes into the Real World through the Kuramon and Digivolves into Armageddemon. Three Japanese movies in one. There is narration by a continuing character, Kari. The first involes an encounter with a digimon of the third kind. The two kids Kari and Tai, raise this fast growing digimon from egg to giant monster. It's a good thing it showed up too, as an awsome fight ends this segment. The second of the movies involves Tai and Izzy. Some sort of computer virus sweeps th internet. It turns out to be a digimon. The digimon are uploaded to the internet and Tai tries to get others to help. Matt and T.K. help as well, with some more outstanding fight scenes. The third and Final segment starts in N.Y. with Kari and T.K., now years older, and they see 2 digimon fighitng and a kid with them. They try to follow him and they get there friends to follow as well. One of the new digimon belongs to Willis, the other, does as well, except this digimon seems to have a virus. A priest from the Vatican is sent in to investigate claims that a small town in Brazil has a church where statues bleed from the eyes. Meanwhile, a young woman in the U.S. begins to show signs of stigmata, the wounds of Christ. The priest from the Vatican links up with her and cares for her as she is increasingly afflicted by the stigmata.
