Factual account about Colditz during WW2. Allied prisoners of various nationalities pool their resources to plan numerous escapes from an "escape proof" German POW camp housed in a Medieval castle. Colditz was in Leipzig at the heart of Germany and thought to be escape proof. It was the top P.O.W camp in the war. Needless to say there were more home runs from Coldtz than other camp in the war.
